1980
Madam Tan Hooi Oei, the founder started a small business shop lot at Taman Bukit Anggerik in Cheras with the name Chinta Trading. In the first year, we produced only 3 items which is cake boards, paper cups and tailor-made cake boxed serving only bakery industry related customers in Selangor and Seremban area. There were only less than 5 employees at the beginning.
1996
The Company grow and move into an industrial factory lot in Taman Mas Jaya Industrial Estate. The Company has then changed its name to Mega Discovery Sdn Bhd. Mega Discovery Sdn Bhd was also co-founded by Ho Fook Choon, husband of the founder. Interestingly, the name was ecided by the selection of their five young kids.
Since then, the Company has expand it production lines and sales coverage area.
2008
To accommodate growing business, the company has move to Semenyih for a larger space and better expansion.
2018
With the growing demand in the confectionery business, the Company has again expand it premises and bringing more products to help serve our customers better.
